To whom it may concern,
I still have not received my Tax Refund check at my address in Brazil. I believe the check never made to my address, and I would like to know what I have to do in order to receive it at the correct address. Find it below:

I'm not sure why the information that was on my address was ending with [PII removed] since on my 1040EZ Form the address is correct just like described above. I have attached my 1040 EZ Form, and a screen shot of my computer screen displaying TurboTax's webpage showing the wrong address.
Please, could you guys advise on what should be done?
