After you file
Because I am living abroad when I try to talk to someone, they do not accept my phone number.
If I call, it will be a really expensive phone call. And I'm just paying so that they can resolve a technical flaw related to payments from abroad.
I don't think I should have to pay to call them so they can fix this.
It is very frustrating - I already paid!
There are no other options.
Can I communicate with someone by email or online chat so I don't end up paying extra for a technical issue on their side?
