I got the same msg.
It's a Turbotax problem. The 1009R has an account # at the end of 1099R Turbotax should track and do a comparison prior to sending it to IRS.
Turbotax explanation of if you can't find the problem mail to IRS is a giveaway
I have been using TurboTax for more than 30 yrs and this is my first rejection.
