My amended return was accepted. And I selected to pay the balance electronically. Is it safe to assume that I don't have to send a check?

Turbo Tax gave me two conflicting instructions. One is that the balance will be withdrawn electronically, and the other is I need to mail a check to IRS. What should I do?
