I have never received any of the COVID stimulus checks. I filed with Turbotax Deluxe as head of household for 2019 and have 1 dependent and met the income threshold. Someone at my congressman's office got me in touch with someone at the IRS and she told me it was because I claimed zero on my 2020 taxes which she said means someone else can claim me (no one did). I didn't even know I claimed zero. She said I need to file an amendment. I got a 1040x but I can't tell what I am supposed to put on there to file the amendment.
