Initially I owed Federal taxes and the State owed me, the State paid me and I opted for a Federal withdraw on April 2. So I Amended my taxes and I owed more to Federal and now owed to State, well State withdrew theirs but Federal only deducted their amount before amending. So I'm wondering if they will take the rest or do I have to mail in my Amendment?
