You have a full bar because your 21 days had reached it mark! Don't not mean a refund is ready... I've had a full bar for 2 weeks or so not counting anymore! Lol but the irs is under staff and has alot of returns still needing to be processed from last year as well as these stimulus and everything else they are trying to handle so just pray and sit back because nothing you can do to speed up the process...
