Same issue here! Filed paper forms and sent check in July 20 for 2019 tax. Still has not been processed.
This has caused issue with receiving stimulus payments as well.
I cannot efile my 2020 taxes because IRS can't affirm my AGI from 2019 form?
Do I need to refile 2019; Call IRS?
