I was able to solve this problem as follows (CD version):
Go to Tools>My Tax Data>Info Wks, Routing number.
Click on that entry, then click on Go to Form.
You'll find both numbers there and they can be edited. Click on "Close Form" when finished.
I found an error in my account number, fixed it, and no more problems!
