I did my amendements.
I initially e-filed Fed, NJ, NY owing Fed and NJ and getting refund from NY.
After amending using Turbotax desktop (mac):
1. E-filed Fed - accepted amendment
2. E-filed NY - accepted amendment but need to print voucher to send in check even though banking was on return.
3. Didn't touch NJ (recalculated NJ to get small refund) - no transmission at all, only selected Fed and NY for e-file and didn't prompt specifically for NJ to be printed at all.
