I suspect that you are entering the W-2 for the same spouse.
At Federal / Wages & income / Job (W-2) and the screen Your W-2 info so far, make sure that you click on Add a W-2 for spouse 1 or Add a W-2 for spouse 2 before you enter the W-2.
