It appears the 1040ES vouchers are not transmitted when you file (see instructions for Form 1040ES from the IRS) and are intended to accompany future estimated tax payments. The erroneous option in the TT2020 Estimated tax worksheet can easily be corrected using the Forms interface and the erroneous vouchers then disappear from the TT2020 Federal forms list.
