Please clarify your situation - are you unable to enter both W-2s in your tax program?

If both your and your spouse received a W-2 for your work as election judges, then you should be able to enter each W-2 separately. 

In the W-2 interview, you have to select the "Show employee info" drop-down to identify which of you received each W-2. This drop-down is right below "Box d: control number (optional)".
