I filed my tax return for 2019 late, on Jan 26 because I had to wait for my family to be available to apply for ITIN.
I filed it at an IRS office and its been 8 weeks but I have not received my refund yet or any update.
I received 15103 form but I don't know which address to send it now with the 1040 for this letter, because when I sent it by mail to IRS once with envolope provided, it was returned to me.
I sent my CA tax return by mail in Feb and its been 6 weeks and I can't track it as well.
I tried reaching IRS/CA tax dept but I can't reach them on phone.
Please help me how can I track it or reach them.
