The IRS is still processing 2019 returns that were mailed and you are going to have to speak with someone there to find out more details. If you qualify for a stimulus payment, you will get it, but no one here is going to be able to give you any kind of timeline as to when. I have not had to request a transcript this year, but they have always been correct in previous years.
