Hi I was getting the same thing when I was calling. But somehow when I called yesterday I got thru and actually talked to somebody. When u call and it ask for the extension put 652 and it will direct you. The guy told me that its because it was flaged and I asked was it because I put that I didn't get my 2nd stimulus. He said he didn't know but to give them 10 weeks and I should have my return. If they need anything I will get a letter in the mail. That's all he could tell me and if you get somebody tell them you didn't receive your 3rd stimulus either and he will connect you to the stimulus line. Hope this helps
