Should I amend my 2020 return if TurboTax help told me to put zero in AGI for 2019 because the IRS was behind inputting that information?

Because I have not yet received my refund which includes my $600 stimulus.  And I have not yet received the $1,400 stimulus either.  My Federal return was accepted Feb 17
