Yes, I called to schedule an appointment and got a different number to call. That number is on one of the previous messages.
When I called, I got that same message, hung up, tried again and someone actually answered to schedule my appointment but after explaining to him how there’s no info on the tracker, nor on the transcript. He took the time to look into it further and gave me information.
