I’ve been trying to explain for a week now, the number that the irs has is 1. Not the number on non of my tax returns 2. Is not the number that I put when I updated my account in January and 3. I never used that account number in my life. All I’m trying to do is contact a real person to find out if this is an isolated incident or something else that I have to address.
