No, you probably don't need to Amend your return.
If you reported your Maryland non-resident income and did not owe any tax, you would probably still not owe any tax if you reported you were a resident of Florida rather than DC.
If sufficient Maryland or DC tax was withheld on your income, you got credit for that tax on your Maryland return.
Florida does not have Income Taxes.
