exactly same thing happened to me. Are you saying the real turbotax rep actually answered your question with a reasonable answer? mine didn't tell me anything useful except to wait until the end of April.

 

My main concern was that I efiled my taxes on 2/21 and got an email saying it's accepted the same day. However now on 3/22 the irs person (yes, how lucky I am to be able to talk to someone at IRS today) told me that they don't have record of my file in their system, and I need to check with turbotax. this really is scary, I don't know if that was a software issue of turbox tax or not. the real turbo tax rep told me nothing but wait even after I told her that the real IRS rep told me there was no record of mine 1 month after I efiled. how frustrated from a real turbotax rep.
