Yes, you are correct, there is an issue as of late with the IRS's tools not working as expected. TurboTax receives its information from the IRS and this is the reason that we haven't been able to provide information to you as we normally would. As customers continue to have questions regarding the Economic Impact Payments (EIP), we’re continuing to work with the IRS for guidance. We’re updating our customer and expert-facing articles with information as soon as we get it. At the moment here is the most updated information that we have about refunds:
