I do not get it................. According to my TurboTax (TT) dashboard, I already got my tax refund on 3/5/21. Will that didn't happen. According to the IRS Wheres My Refund (WMR) they cannot provide any information. The WMR used to be real clear on the status process of your refund. I spoke to a TurboTax specialist and he told me that it was accepted and out of their hands. I honestly expected a little more than that since I've been a customer for over 20 years and the amount of time spent to just to get to talk to a person. You call the IRS and you either get disconnect because "They are Busy' or you get put through the automated phone loop.
I completed my 2020 Taxes with TurboTax on 2/2/2021and paid $45. I only got a text message from TT saying they were accepted on 2/12/2021.
So, what I (we) want to know is what is the problem when TT has showed accepted for over 21 days and IRS WMR shows cannot provide any info?
BTW, I know several people that filed after I did and have already spent there refund.
