After you file
Accepted means that the IRS does have your tax return. It's equivalent to your tax return being placed in their mailbox. However, what it appears they haven't yet done is process it. Your tax return doesn't post to your transcript, and things like your bank account and other data aren't updated until the return is processed. This is taking a bit longer than usual this year for a wide variety of reasons.
There is likely no real cause for worry, but there is also no real way to estimate the length of time it may take to receive your refund this year.
If the delay is specific to anything contained on your return, the IRS will reach out to you (in a letter) and let you know. Unfortunately, there is little that you can do in the meantime other than check every so often.
