this is a useless answer , it does not answer why the IRS site doesn't even acknowledge my taxes being filed
I get a no information available message , when I call the IRS help line they say it is a turbo tax problem that Turbo Tax never submitted them , and when I call Turbo Tax I get a message that there is no one to answer my call
like I said before your service is not worth the money I paid and will never use you again
