They may have already done that based on your info from yesterday.   See user's post from 9 hours ago above.
And if their system beileves user has 2 cards, it wouldn't know which one wasn't received or lost.

User optimally needs to speak to a live agent at the Turbo Card's support to see what all is going on and why they have user showing 2 cards and neither received.  But if he/she cannot reach one there, user should phone TurboTax Support and let them deal with it.
