You are not alone. Submitted electronic 3/6/2020 and had to send paper documentation for a Health Care Tax credit. Received an IRS document 9/2020 stating an additional 60 days was needed to process my return. Still nothing. A couple weeks ago, I FINALLY was able to reach an IRS agent and was told me to "be patient".
