Heidilee: Turbo Tax could do a more effective job of responding to their users, and not just to give "boiler plate" responses. I think the results this year have pointed out that they need a more comprehensive applicable response to their customers. They have enjoyed being top dog for a long time, and now they have competition from a number of companies. At least I hope so.
