Thank you so much for your response. I have been Googling and looking into it myself but I figured it wouldn't hurt to post something and your answer was unbelievably thorough and helpful. Thank you so much. I have a feeling they will issue my refund eventually even though I was supposed to get it March 5th and then I will have to do an amendment.
