That's because the return has been accepted by the IRS, and TurboTax anticipates that it will get paid, so it's giving you credit for having paid. It's similar to writing a check at a store. The store gives you credit for paying, even though they have to process the check and have the funds transferred to them. But if the status with the IRS is still pending (and that is not uncommon, by the way), neither TurboTax nor you will receive anything until they finish processing and pay out your refund.
