My state tax was rejected. I want to refile it. However it seems I'm not able to refile state tax individually in Turboxtax Premiere Windows.
When I tried to refile tax. In the first screen, I can select "E-file“ option for state tax but for federal return it has already been transmitted, which is correct. I don't need to refile federal tax as it has been accepted.
But in next screen, it says "E-file requires federal return" and I can only go back to the previous screen.
I called Turbotax and got some instructions from a representative in this link:
I followed the instructions but it still didn't work.
Please tell me how to refile state tax individually in Windows.
