Your question isn’t really clear, but it sounds as though the IRS has used your refund to offset a debt – possibly a tax debt from your 2019 return.
If this is the case, the Department of Treasury's Bureau of the Fiscal Service (BFS) will send you a notice relating to the offset.
And if there’s no longer a balance due to the IRS, any remaining refund will be mailed to you. The IRS doesn’t provide any projections for how long an offset will delay refunds, but it's typically not a lengthy delay.
