Refund Sent Status but still being processed: topic 152

What does it mean when my refund status says it was sent, but also states:

"Your return has been received and is currently being processed.

If you filed a complete and accurate tax return, your refund should be issued within 21 days of the received date. However, processing may take longer under certain circumstances.
