I am having the same problem. I can't get through to anyone on TurboTax or irs when I call. I put in a phone order with turbo tax for them to call me and said it would be within 9 mins..8 hrs later and I still haven't gotten a call back. I have friends that filed 3 weeks after I did and have gotten their refund already.Turbo tax has failed me and I will be using a different company next year.
