Currently, the form 1040X (now to be called the 1040-X) is scheduled to be released in TurboTax on March 18, 2021. HOWEVER, this date is an estimate, because of all the last minute changes that the Congress, the IRS, and the states are imposing on tax preparers and tax software companies.
Therefore, please check the Federal Forms Availability page to see when the form actually becomes available.
I do not know if Intuit will notify anyone, but you can easily check the status daily at the link above.
