I understand that it can take more than 21 days to receive your refund. My concern is that the "Where's My Refund?" tool still has no record of receiving my return after more than 30 days. It says it should at least give a status within 48 hours of getting the confirmation email. If the site said "pending", I'd be like "cool, I'll sit tight" but it has no record of receiving it.
