I claimed on my tax return that we didn't receive the second stimulus. Then we received it and my wife cashed it. The IRS hasn't provided a status or why they haven't issued the refund and they are impossible to get a hold of. I'm assuming we have to amend the tax return?
If that is the case - Turbo Tax doesn't even have a 1040X yet until March 25th. I can find it on IRS.GOV directly - why does TurboTax take so long?
