TurboTax Says My Refund is on it's way but the IRS has NO RECORD OF MY TAXES??????

I filed on Feb 13th. Here it is March 11th. I'm not saying I should have received my refund by now... But I what I AM saying is that if TurboTax's website's help assistant is telling me that my Federal Refund is "On it's Way!" but yet the IRS website tells me that it cannot provide any information about my return, and the IRS2Go app tells me that there is no record found...some red flags start to pop up. And apparently I'm not the only one. And all I keep getting is the big run around about how "you need to check this and check that...." "check the IRS.gov website to track your refund..." when I have clearly just told you that it has NO information about my return. I need someone to give me a serious answer... not some programed, "pre-recorded" response. You guys advertise on tv "talk with REAL tax experts," well... okay then, I need some real answers, please.
