Federal and State are processed completely separately, by different goverment agencies.
The WMR site has been erratic and unreliable. But if TT told you your return was Accepted for processing, then the IRS has it. Unfortunately, the IRS is really backlogged right now because of all the extra stimulus filings. Lots of folks are still waiting, so please continue to be patient.
