My joint tax return was accepted, but I noticed an error on Line 46 of Schedule C (Part IV). The question asks if me (or my spouse) has another vehicle available for personal use.
When Turbo Tax asked the question, it appeared to be asking if my spouse has another vehicle. He does not. I have a vehicle and he has one.
When I printed my return out, I see it asks it plainly "Do you or your spouse have another vehicle available for personal use?"
Since the Schedule C is for his side work, will we need to amend our taxes to fix that question? If so, what form do we use? I don't see anywhere on the standard amendment form where we can fix this and I don't want to be audited.
