Will I receive this 3rd round of stimulus even if I have not recieved my 2020 refund yet? Or, will the irs go off of my 2019 return? Not counting the weekends, it will be 21 days this Friday, and it's not looking very promising to me or my husband. This is so frustratingly confusing, overwhelming, and discouraging!!!
