After you file

I need a copy of my 2019 tax return but the email on file for that is now longer valid.

This is a public Internet forum.  For your privacy/security please do not post personal info on this public bulletin board.    It looks like the forum privacy filter has removed your email addresses for your protection.

If your old email address was your User ID (it may or may not be), you may still be able to log in with that User ID.   Or are you hitting a roadblock with a verification step?   Does the log-in process prompt to email you a 6-digit verification code to log into your account?  In that case, you will indeed hit a roadblock if you no longer have that email address, unless it lets you choose your current phone number instead.

Or you can try this to sign in a different way.   After entering your User ID, and possibly getting an "I am not a robot" challenge, you will see the password field.   You can leave the password field blank and scroll down to a small link "Sign in a different way."   Then it will show you all your sign-in verification options:  email (which you say is no longer valid,) phone, etc.    If you can't use the phone method, then one of the choices there is "Confirm my account a different way."

Or if you don't have those options and are unable to log into your Online Account, you can try the Account Recovery tool.   But since you can't use the old email address, we can tell you how to use the tool on your phone number (if you still have the same phone).   And if not, I'll also tell you how to use an alternate method called "Try Something Else" that doesn't use the Account Recovery tool.

To get a list of your User IDs, reset password, and recover account access, etc., you can use the tool at the link below.  When using the Account Recovery tool, try using your phone number if you can still access it, since you can no longer access the email address you had previously.   If  you don't have the same phone number, you can use the "Try Something Else" method on that Account Recovery screen as I mention below.

NOTE: Before running the account recovery tool below, log out of all Intuit accounts including this user forum, or you might end up in a loop.  Then clear your browser Internet cache, close your browser, then reopen it, and go to the link below.  You may wish to copy this link so you can paste it into the new browser session.

If still no luck after running that on your phone number (if you can still access,) or if you don't have the same phone number, here's another method:

Go back to the tool again, but this time leave the data field blank, scroll down a bit, then choose the small blue link that says "Try something else", and it will look you up by SSN and other parameters.

Once you're able to log into your account, go to the Tax Home and scroll down to the section "Your Tax Returns & Documents".  Expand that section and choose tax year 2019.   You can get a copy of the return PDF there, or if you just need the 2019 AGI, there is a link there to "View 2019 adjusted gross income (AGI.)

Also update your contact/verification email address in your Intuit Account settings, and if your User ID is the old email address, you can even change the User ID, if you wish.
