Ok guys my refund was transmitted in January & I’ve been through the same process as you guys. I was assigned a advocate and she told me the amount i reported was different from what my employer reported. If I could provide proof of my hardship they would manually process it (which would take 2 weeks) then they could issue a check within 5 business days following that.
