Changes by Senate reduced my stimulus payment from $6860 to $704. I have unclaimed stock loss which would reduce my AGI by $3k. If I amend return could I recoup stimulus?
This is reference to the American Rescue Plan, the third round of stimulus which is expected to be passed by the House on Tuesday, March 9th.
