You will have to fill out a Form 9465 again, but I will warn you. Part of your original installment plan agreement was that you would keep your tax payments up to date.
If there is any way to pay off the 2020 taxes I would suggest that you do that.
If you cannot pay them off I suggest you contact the IRS at 1-800-829-1040 or contact a local IRS office at Find a local IRS office
