I appreciate it but I have talked to the IRS over the phone they only provided the same information the where's my refund tool provides. I don't know maybe they're working from home and they don't have access to certain information. Everybody who used TurboTax had this problem with their stimulus checks also, I don't believe that TurboTax and IRS are on good terms. The IRS voided their agreement to not compete with TurboTax, which means they plan on competing, I don't think that they want customers to have a good experience using TurboTax because they'd rather have them use their service. 🤷♂️
