After you file

It would not be the fault of TurboTax if the IRS is showing records that you have not filed your return. TurboTax sends the returns to the IRS and gets the confirmation that it was received. From that point, it is within the hands of the IRS. My gf is currently having the same issue -- even the IRS site said processing then it said no record of return -- this means that there is an error on the IRS's end not that of TurboTax. I know this is frustrating but it should be directed to the right agency. We have been contacting the IRS regarding this and it seems the backlog and extending the season really messed things up.
