I feel so bad for all of you still stuck waiting on TurboTax to correct errors or for your returns to be handled by the IRS. 🥺
I walked away from TurboTax and filed my returns with FreeTaxUSA on 2/22 after being stuck in pending with TT for 10 days. My returns were accepted within minutes thru FTUSA and within 2-3 days my refund was approved with a direct deposit date set. My refund was deposited last night. Had I stayed with TT, I would still be waiting.
I hope you guys all get some resolution soon.
For me, walking away from TT was the best decision I could have made. To come back here and see that so many are still having the same issues as a week ago .. two weeks ago.. that’s so unacceptable. Such bad business and customer service from TT this year.
