@Ash1729 the number I used was [phone number removed]. No extension I choose option 1 for English then option 2 then another option I believe was 3. Don’t hit the options when asked if ur incurring for refund cause it will kick u out or make u call different number. I hit the options for asking about previous taxes and when someone answered I asked to talk to someone about my taxes. And they are more helpful. Hope this helps u. Hard to explain through messages. And yes it had been very stressful going through this cause of them.
