I was told that the whole 45 day review was just something they are using to justify audit ur tax returns. She wasn’t supposed to tell me but felt bad. She said what happened is they randomly selected people with larger refunds and did a so called audit to make sure we ain’t scamming them. She told me they looked back at my 2011 return and showed that I owed a whole 13 bucks. I was like really for what. She said u owed 300 bucks but for some reason they didn’t take all of out of my 2012 returns. So she did an abatement on cause obviously they charged me interest and penalty for for way back then and she got me 500.80 more back that I will get back in 2week on a paper check. I asked is their anything else and she said no u are all clear and should let worry about anything and that all my other stuff has passed and now just waiting for a date
